Digestion

Digestion is fundamental to nutritional therapy.  Every cell of the body depends on the digestive system to provide the nutrients it needs for structure and function.

Blood Sugar

Never before have we had the emergency need to lower blood sugar.  The increased consumption of processed and refined foods, environmental toxicity, and stress create this unique and critical need. 

Fatty Acids

Healthy Fatty Acid deficiency is epidemic. Musculoskeletal issues, Endocrine issues, Cardiovascular issues, Immune issues, Allergies and skin problems as well as Mental issues. 

Minerals

Minerals compose about 4% of our body.  Humans do not produce minerals, therefore we must obtain them through our food.  Out of the 103 known minerals, at least 18 are necessary for good health.

Hydration

Many Americans live in a chronic state of dehydration.  Water is the most important nutrient in the body.  You can survive about 8 weeks without food but only days without water.

What is Functional Nutrition?

Functional nutrition is the holistic approach to diet, taking into consideration one’s lifestyle factors that could affect their food choices, such as activity levels, environment, or the presence of chronic disease. 

How is Nutritional Therapy different?

Our foundational, holistic approach focuses on the importance of a properly prepared, nutrient-dense, whole food diet that is deeply nourshing, paired with a well-balanced lifestyle to restore good health.

What is a Nutritional Therapy Practioner?

Nutritional Therapy Practitioners are trained nutrition professionals, capable of identifying and correcting nutritional imbalances and deficiencies through targeted dietary and lifestyle changes.

What forms of payment do you accept?

I accept all major credit and debit cards. You only get one body to live in, let’s take care of it!  NOTE: Insurance will NOT cover Nutritional Therapy.  

Are supplements included in any of the packages?

Nutritional supplements are not included in the cost of the package deal.  

Why does it take 3 months or longer?

Your symptoms didn’t show up overnight.  Likely you’ve had red flags for months or even years and something has finally triggered your need for help.  There is no quick fix but we will work diligently to help you live your best life!
